Calm Space Offering

2 x 30 minute online sessions per week

1 month incremental programme

Join me for this opportunity to learn how to calm your anxiety and build resilience. This workshop provides the basis for learning skills and resources to calm your nervous system while also learning guided practices which help build core resilience. If you are interested in your nervous system and how you can take more charge of it to improve your overall wellbeing then this is for you. The four month commitment of 30 minutes twice a week will help you accumulate skills, learn how to regulate your system, build resilience and meet difficulties more calmly.

In this gentle, consistent and supportive introduction to the nervous system you will learn:

  • skills to put the brake on anxiety and stress 

  • resources to improve overall resilience.

Resilience is the capacity to recover from adversity and pursue your goals despite challenges.

2023 Dates:

November 7th - December 15th (6 weeks) €105

These online sessions are available in the morning Tuesdays and Fridays with advertised exceptions.
