The Well Institute promotes this offering if you are curious about how you are reacting to stress in your life.
If you are experiencing physical symptoms of stress and anxiety then this programme is for you.
Learning how to support yourself to meet life’s challenges more calmly will help you maintain a more balanced mental health, reduce the risks of triggering serious physical ill-health and improve your sense of well-being.
Do you know that the skills and resources that support our mental health are unique to us. There is no one fits all when it comes to our nervous system. Therefore, it is time to lean into personal solutions rather than feel like you are failing because yoga or mindfulness or meditation doesn’t work for you. Maybe it’s time to understand why this is the case. This programme is designed to support you to figure out what works for you!

Evening Classes
7.15pm - 9pm
Class size limited to 10
Cost: €200pp or 10% discount when you bring a friend
Learning Intentions:
Gain an understanding of the neurophysiology of stress and anxiety
Learn about the stress feedback loop and why we get hijacked by it
Make sense of why some skills don’t work for you
Understand what skills work best for you
Guided practice both in class and at home (audio recordings provided)
Learn to integrate your new skills into daily life
Programme Outcomes:
• Improved capacity for self-regulation, learned during the programme, helped participants to be more engaged in relationships with loved ones
• They were better able to move past potential triggers or challenges presented by another person, both in personal and work settings
• Some also report indirect impact on loved ones, for example improved mood
